I took a test yesterday that was negative and I just looked at it this morning and it has a fade line and shows as positive, what does that mean?

I see really faint lines at 11 DPO.. I’m not positive if I’m secure with how faint these lines are or if I’m even seeing them. Does implantation occur before your positive test? Also if you don’t experience no implantation bleeding when the test is positive does that mean the baby has already been implanted?
