Pregnancy after an ectopic

Hi, I was diagnosed with having an ectopic pregnancy early January. I had the methotrexate injection on the 22nd of January but sadly on the 14th of February my fallopian tube had ruptured and I had to have emergency surgery, and they removed my right tube. I was advised not to have sex for two weeks but I have had sex just shy of the two week mark. I am worried about getting pregnant again as I know it can be dangerous to get pregnant after having methotrexate. My hcg levels are 0 since the surgery and I am due to take another pregnancy test in two weeks time advised by the doctors. Has anyone gotten pregnant a few weeks post surgery or a month post methotrexate?
