Period like cramps

Hey for 3 days I’ve been experiencing period like cramps starting to feel them more each day now but I’ve seen midwife today and she wasn’t to worried I’m 38+2 feel like he’s pressing down but when you look at my belly can clearly see he hasn’t dropped down yet , just wondering if anyone else is getting these and any advice please

I had cramps for the first time last night in bed before sleep. Got so excited! This morning: nothing, cramps are gone. I don’t know anymore.

@Alexandria I went to go to sleep that night and my waters broke I’ve not got my bundle of joy was only in labour 4 hours felt like 4 mins with just gas and air Hope your delivery goes through well
