Lots of different types of mental health issues can come up post partum. I would recommend researching “grounding techniques” and belly breathing as a way to calm your nervous system and slow your heart rate during panic attacks. I know this is not always accessible but therapy is a great tool. If you are noticing the panic around certain issues, like not feeling organized, starting to create symptoms and strategies to help with that area.
