I cut out all alcohol two weeks prior and took care of my mental health!
I don't drink normally so otherwise I didn't make any changes except up my water intake. I'm almost 8 weeks pregnant on my first successful FET. Day of transfer I had McDonald's fries and took a really long nap. I went back to work the next day (teacher) and helped run Field Day. I was told no exercise for 2 weeks so I just took it easy. Otherwise no diet changes and still drank coffee (max 200 mg). I feel like everyone is pressured with ivf to make big changes and I'm proof that I did barely anything different and this is the longest I've been pregnant with a history of early miscarriages.
I did acupuncture and drank one glass of beetroot juice a day on the lead up and during tww. Not sure it helped but for me it’s all about feeling like you have done everything you can to aid it tbh, it ultimately comes down to the embryo really I think. Post transfer have a relaxed couple days and eat hot and warming foods, no caffeine or alcohol. Best of luck
