Honestly Diaphragmatic breathing exercises have helped me the most and weighted ab exercises to fill my ab muscles so they are more rounded. Lost some weight with some diet changed and mom pouch went way down!
Hey! Do you know if you have Diastasis Recti?
You're referring to spot reduction which isn't really possible. You need to lose weight overall to see results on your stomach, you can't just do stomach exercises. But I do agree about checking for diastasis recti and doing work to address that as that can make a big difference
Hula hoop needs a minimum of space but it's a very complete and funny way to do it. I have a hula hoop with 1 kg weight.
