How to eat!

I am so good adverse right now even watermelon is hard to eat right now. I’ve been living off of milk and crackers and watermelons for 2 days and I’m getting shakey and it’s hard to walk around. I don’t know what to do even broth is repugnant

@Izzie pretzels are a no go saltines are a struggle but I’m able to eat them ok. It’s not even the nausea my brain just acts like toast is literal rotten poisonous food

Sounds weird, but the only thing I could eat during my pregnancy were Taco Bell bean burritos 😂 it was the perfect combination of bland taste, protein, and carbs.

If you have any cravings, just try to eat anything that is even remotely appealing

Yea what Hailey said. Walk around the grocery store and buy whatever looks remotely appealing. Don't worry about nutrition, you need to eat! Your baby is getting what they need from you regardless, but you need to replenish you 🫂 Maybe a fruit smoothie? You could hide some protein powder in it. Jamba was an easy eat for me last pregnancy

Thanks guys. Husband went on a smoothie run and I’m starting to feel a little better. I just feel really guilty about eating anything slightly unhealthy rn

@Victoria don't! Baby is getting what they need, at your expense, but still! They've done studies on women in 3rd world countries who were either hungry or malnourished and their babies were ok. If I can find one (or something that summarizes one) I'll send it your way. Remember, this is not forever!

Eat whatever you can keep down hun!!! I had hypermesis my whole pregnancy and ate to survive literally!!! My baby girl was born healthy and a good weight lol you already have everything your baby needs
