I did start the clock too and it worked really well! But since the clocks changed it’s been a nightmare! Will never go to bed until til 8pm and up about 6 so really over tired building up and up!

Like Rachel, we struggle with clock changes. But we are just happy with a 6am and gradually change it depending on the day or the time of year. We both work shifts and start early. So every day can be different. For us, it’s more about her just learning the appropriate time to get up.
