Small successes!!

My daughter had never peed on the potty (but was more than willing to sit on it) until tonight… she peed TWICE. Very little amounts both times but I’m so proud of her 😭 Taking her about every half hour but I can’t truthfully remember how often I really should. My sons 6 and he was potty trained by three so I can’t remember any of this lmao he was easier to potty train though. Caught on very quick, whereas we’ve been working with her since a couple months before she turned 2. (Off and on, she’d get to the point she’d absolutely refuse to even try so we figured she wasn’t ready just yet) Also I did post this in another group thingy here but I’ll ask the same questions here Should I go ahead and buy pull ups (also if anyone uses the rascal and friends ones, how are they?), how often should I be having her sit on the potty, and any other tips and tricks minus the whole just put undies on her method cause she is extremely tender hearted and gets embarrassed easily (even by burping or if her diaper leaks. It’s heartbreaking to see her so upset), and I also don’t enjoy the idea of wet furniture or blankets/bedding. :) IM SO PROUD OF MY BABYYYYYYY!

Rascal and Flats work, but pullups look better. My daughter just started doing No 2. I was so excited that I texted my husband. "Yeaaaa poop!" He was not feeling the love. If I'm home, we do every 20 mins. I set the timer.

@Ida I’m sorry but I just died. Rascal and Flats? Was that a play on rascal flatts lol or calling the pull ups flat 🤣🤣

Oops, Rascal and Friends. They just look cheap but they work fine

@Ida we adored their diapers they just don’t sell them near us anymore, but they sell the pull ups

I get them from Walmart online

@Ida we debated on it but the shipping is insane lol.
