You could be dehydrated

I wouldn’t recommend going. I had Braxton hicks and I was bouncing on a yoga ball and all of a sudden I was in active labor lol. I was just eating a burrito and bouncing and boom baby a few hours later. Mind you I was dilating 4 weeks prior already. (Bouncing on the yoga ball helped with my heartburn)
