How y’all dealing with the postpartum hair loss?
Just got a little overwhelmed by the amount of hair that was falling out when brushing. Had to empty the hair out the brush after each stroke.

Looks like I’ve got a widows peak as mines falling out so much. It’s in the shower - TJ sheets - my clothes - babies hands - comb - everywhere.
Wearing a mum bun constantly and staying in denial 🤣😭
My hair loss has peaked the past few weeks.. hair everywhere!! apparently it does peak at 3 months 😅

This is my third so I’m just zen about it now, it will fall out, it will like silly for a while, it will grow back. I’m not really loosing hair it was just held onto of longer than usual and now it’s getting back into the normal cycle so it’s a little weird at the start
