Not napping during day

My 11 week old boy is at this stage now, he will quite literally only sleep on me during the day and when I try to put him down he just cries to be held🥺

Yep my 9 week old is so hard to get or keep asleep in the day but gets so emotional because she's so tired but will only nap on me. She sleeps well at night hopefully that doesn't change! x

Omg im so glad it’s not just my little boy. I feel bad moaning coz he sleeps well at night but during the day he’s a terror, he will be so tired and fight it then cry, then get himself in a state and be even harder to settle. It’s every single day and I’ve tried so many different routines and ways of getting him off but nothing works! X
