Swaddling

My 3 month old loves being swaddled, I think that’s how I get her to sleep through the night. However, I know it’s getting time to start transitioning out of swaddles. What do you guys recommend on this?

Following cause same. But I’ve been swaddling my LO with one arm out because she didn’t like the other swaddle transitioners I’ve tried

Also following! I tried one arm out a few nights ago and he just wouldn’t fall asleep.

I transitioned my baby to the halo transition swaddle, it’s been pretty chill. She was exclusively swaddled for like 2 months but her pediatrician said to transition her as she was showing signs of flipping soon. Her arms were still scaring her at the beginning of the transition but now she’s getting used to it more and more and it’s slightly weighted so it helps keep her arms somewhat down which helps with the random startle movements. I highly recommend!

Merlin sleep suit!

Look into the zipadee zip by sleeping baby!! It gives the comfort of a sleep sack but the arms are enclosed and still somewhat restricted but it is safe for rolling babies too. We went from the love to dream to the zipadee and our 15 w/o is so happy and comfy

the halo sleepsack swaddle is what we used to ween her out of it, if you need to swaddle it for a moment you can, and then just undo it when she falls asleep

I’ve been doing one arm out as well, anyone else feel bad when they wake up for their night feed and the little hand that’s exposed is cold 😅😅😅

@Brittany yes😭

We transitioned our little one last week and I thought it would be terrible since she gets startled easily in her sleep. I had the dreamland baby so was just going to let her have her arms out though at the doctors appointment she wasn’t a fan of anything weighted so I just put her in pajamas to keep to keep her warm and see how she would do. She’s done so well but I think it’s because we also started a bedtime routine. I can it the 5 B’s. We do bath, bottle, books, boob and then bed.
