Postpartum pain
I had my baby about 3 weeks ago. She is my first so I am not sure on all this that I am experiencing. The bleeding keeps dying down and coming back, and then just today this sharp pain has started in the left ovarian side. Is this normal or something I need to email my OB about? Any info will help:)

I'm not sure about the pain. But I was told that the bleeding can start and stop. There will be days when it just comes a lot and days where there won't be anything.. but the only time you need to worry is if you're filling a pad in less than an hour

I was told by my doula that if you bleed more one day than the one before you probably need to take it easier the next day..
@Michaela of course! It's still fresh in my head haha just had baby girl Wednesday
