Laying down brestfeeding
Hello I’m 10day postpartum and breastfeeding I was wondering do yall lay down and breastfeed is it good or bad!

It doesn’t follow most safe sleep guidelines. If you are following the safe sleep 7 for co sleeping then I think it’s ok but most beds aren’t firm enough. And couches aren’t safe to cosleep on.
Breastfeeding laying down is normal. I did it when my baby was a newborn all the time. It’s one of the positions lactation consultants mention. Look up La Leche League’s safe sleeping rules for breastfeeding.
