What’s your go to after a workout?

Protein smoothie! Frozen banana, vanilla protein powder, protein PB powder, cacao powder, spinach, non fat plain Greek yogurt, and sugar free vanilla almond milk. Only 370 calories w/ 49 grams of protein!

I don’t have a go to, but this sounds amazing. I’m gonna try it! Lol. I wonder if it’ll be good with non dairy yogurt though, like Siggis brand.

@Natalia i don’t think I’ve ever tried that but give it a go!

Mine is oat milk, banana, pb, almond butter, and Life Time vanilla collagen. Sometimes I’ll add oats and cinnamon. I’ve also tried it with Nutella. Soooo good and weirdly refreshing!

intek protein evolution in orange creamsicle w/ frozen avocado, spinach, raw beets, dragon fruit, and a little pineapple. It is amazing.
