How to transition EBF 1 yr old to whole milk?
I need tips. My baby just got 13 months and I've been a single mom exclusively breastfeeding this whole time. I've had no help, so I stopped Pumping and washing bottles so long ago. My boy does not like whole milk, I've tried watering it down and heating it up. I've only offered in a sippy cup as well though, should I try bottle? I just didn't know if it's too late at 13mos to get him on a bottle. I love nursing so much but I'm down on my weight and I can feel my body withering away it feels like. I just can't keep giving him all my calories and nutrients much longer because it's taking a toll on my body. Any thoughts and tips are appreciated ❤️

@Sarah thank you for the reply. That seems like what I'll have to do, I'm just nervous because now when I pump I barely get anything. I think it's because I've gone so long without pumping? So maybe I'll just have to keep trying until I can get some in a bottle for him. Thank you for the advice!

One of my friends had the same issue - she gave her son a bottle which had a ratio of 90% breast milk to 10% cows milk, and then 80/20 etc til it was 100% cow. Not sure of the timeframe. But it seemed to work!
