Is my 4 month old teething

My poor little girl has been so unhappy the last week or so and has had the most horrendous poos the whole time!! She’s an absolute dribble monster and biting down so hard on her hands and toys!
I had a look this morning at her gums and they look sore but I’m a FTM and have no idea 😂

@Lexx so hard to know isn’t it! My girl is 5 and a bit months now and still no teeth😅 her gums were bleeding the other day but still nothing 😂

She’s definitely teething. My LG is the same and has been fussy and screams in pain at times. It’s worse at night
