7 Month Old Sleep Question

My little boy started crawling and standing up a few weeks ago. Now he has gone from sleeping through the night to now wriggling all over the place, lifting up onto all fours, waking each hour😫 and constantly feeding through the night too! Help and advice please ?

I’m also going through this and if that’s any help. Can’t think of anything different we have done, other than stuck to his normal routine. I’m assuming because its all new tricks they are learning and they’re excited about it and waking up all hours to try they’re new tricks out haha. Hopefully it will pass.. Patience 🤞
