There are no known methods to induce labour. If there were, it would be a guarantee everyone would go into labour at the same time if they followed XYZ step, but they don't. The fact is your body will start labour when it and the baby is ready.
Agree with the comment that there is no known & proven way to induce labour, other than with the medications they use in the hospital. You’re essentially trying to force your body to do something that it isn’t ready to do, so you just have to ride it out I’m afraid. Stay mobile, eat well, keep hydrated - none of these things will make labour come quicker but they will help you to feel more relaxed and well when the time does come!
