Amniotic fluid?

I’m having pink discharge quite abit popped on a pad still leaking not to the point where it’s gushes but enough where it was leaking down my thigh. I also noticed when I went pee there was flakes. Can’t go back to sleep questioning myself I’m 36 weeks Done the cough test and I’m leaking little bits of pink discharge did I mention it was watery.

White flakes in the fluid is a sign of amniotic fluid. Go in

I was like this for a bit. Felt like discharge just watery and woke up on week 36 with my water broken so definitely go get checked x

@Charlotte did you have any other signs? what happened after did you go into labour

If it’s a constant leak, even a trickle it sounds like ur waters. Midwife told me to lay down and roll from side to side every now and then, for 30 mins, and then stand up. If its waters more will come out right away. Baby is blocking it so laying then standing usually moves them a bit so there’s more space for the waters to come out.

Mine was like this, my waters broke somewhere high so was slowly dribbling and I had pink and brown discharge. The only way to tell for sure is if they do the strip test. I would go and get it checked. Good luck! :)

Not normal go get checked at mau

I ended up having my baby 17 hours later. Luckily he was all good so no need for nicu. I did have to go on antibiotics just in case but everything was super smooth other than it being early. But definitely go get checked
