That's a great idea! I was planning on getting several Costco meals, portioning them and freezing! And some Indian meals as well. Our house has an abundance of snacks like powerbars, Aussie bites, pretzels and cooked freezer meats and what not! Thank goodness! Last time around I had to cook a ton postpartum. Just kept moving whilst baby wearing. Will be harder and near impossible with a toddler and nb this time around 😭
@Pauline b I too am completely ready! Got my bathroom healing cart ready, essentials bought, thoroughly cleaned and ready ☺️ Hospital bag with birth plan/records ready and even big sisters hospital outfit picked and diaper bag packed!
@Tanisha I had a friend last time bring over like 2 trays of frozen dinners and I was so thankful. Hope you get some time to make some.
@Pauline b Awhh that's incredibly sweet! We all need a support system like that! My sister in law and sister also dropped off many snacks and meals for the family. Like those individual HEB ones! Definitely helped! Thank goodness for them! But boy did I go through them fast. I wish I could have a live in chef for a couple of months haha 😅😅
Ya that’d be nice or a night nurse you can trust so you could get a full nights sleep
I plan to breastfeed and my toddler still co-sleeps. My recovery at the hospital overnight will be the first time without her. I hope she doesn't have to rough of a night with just her father.
I have mine on Sunday so excited! Just finished packing my bag and bought formula yesterday. All that’s left is to make a bunch of frozen meals for the first few weeks is my plan for me. Feeling ready!! Can’t wait to meet our little one!! Good luck with your delivery!!
