Breast lump

So I have health anxiety so I googled many times and seen the dr last year for my other boob because I thought I felt something and so I’ve had four breast exams in office with drs but I feel a lump above my breast I have a large chest and I tried checking the other side to see if it was on that side to and it’s not I’m freaking out I’m terrified I have three babies and I can’t think all I’m thinking about is this lump. 😪
