cerclage
Heyyy, I had an emergency cerclage fitted few days ago at 22 weeks pregnant as i dilated to 1cm.
I have a follow up appointment in a week’s time. I just wanted to know if other people have just had the 1 follow up appointment or a few? and if so what it covers. Feel free to message me or reply to on 🫶🏼

I never had an emergency cerclage, my first pregnant they didn’t catch it in time so I lost my first, now my second and only living baby we knew what to expect, so I got a cerclage at 14 weeks and my doctor would check me at every appointment and I would have an ultrasound almost every appointment so every two to three weeks

I guess they might check if the cerclage is in place and cervical length is at a safe level.
