@Meg did they have to break your waters or did they go themselves x
i was induced when i had my LB at 38+5 all went perfectly fine and i had him within 10 hours and home the same afternoon x
@Charlotte would you say it was painful or x
have it done wasn’t painful at all, i actually got overstimulated about 4 hours after so i was in a lot of pain and having contractions more than i should’ve, so i had it removed and carried on labour without it after, but generally i wouldn’t say it’s painful obviously you have pain relief options too although i refused all of them 😂x
@Charlotte bless ya I’m just very nervous about it being painful haha x
you’ll be absolutely fine babe, don’t overthink it you’re gonna be in the exact right place. hope all goes well for you xx
@Charlotte thank you ☺️
No they didn’t have to break my waters. I had the pessary at 9pm at about 1am I felt contractions. They examined me at 3am and could see I was contracting. They got stronger and painful. At 10:45am my waters broke on their own. I was taken down at 12:45 to the delivery room and he arrived at 4:32pm. I paid for the Freya hypnobirthing app and it really was the best £5 I spent. That and my headphones in really helped me to zone out and concentrate on what I needed to do. There’s so many negative stories. Just believe in yourself and your body. You can do it. Hope everything goes well and if you have any questions feel free to message x
@Meg thank you ☺️
Yes, I was induced in April and was super anxious as it wasn’t my preference. But everything went well and baby was here safely. I managed to just have first intervention and my body successfully did the rest. Hypnobirthing definitely helped
