I had a natural birth and had to do it for 60 days after. The bruising and pain was just about bearable. I set an alarm for each day so I wouldn’t forget. Just gotta persevere
I had a c-section 3 weeks ago, I was given 10 days worth and set an alarm to do them every morning, try not to forget them as they are very important, I know they may hurt a little and it’s sore but that’s nothing compared to the issues you will face having blood clots, they aren’t nice but there to help you in the long run try your best with them xx
I had a c-section but mine was 10days and that I forgot 1 day, they say its not painful but mine use to hurt..I applaud u 52 days wow super proud of u...
Thanks everyone. I’ve missed about 3 days so will get back to it tomorrow morning (will set an alarm ti get my arse up 😅) I’ve got 16 days left so not long just got to persevere. Postpartum is no joke lol
Yeah I didn’t have a section but had 6 weeks worth of injections 😩 apparently my risk factors were 1. Baby was premature (36+5 so not super early!) 2. My age - I’m 37 3. I smoke - I actually don’t as I quit while pregnant 🤦🏼♀️ I did miss a few but stuck with them and finished the course except the last day 😅 and am now stuck with a nice sharps box because no where near me will take it 😂
I had 10 days worth I done it once and I said never again and im perfectly fine… don’t take my foolish advice though 😂
Stopped after 2 weeks if your up and active I don’t see the need for them
I only had 10days worth but said to my midwife that it was too sore on my stomach and she said i could do it in my upper thigh (on the last day) but might be worth asking if you can rotate it on both thighs and each side of your stomach x
I didn’t have a c section but I lost over 2.5l of blood during delivery and had to inject for 3 weeks I missed a few here and there because I kept forgetting and then I was stressing about it so much, also they’re so awkward to do and hurt like a bitch 😂 (had to do mine in my thighs) My dr said that if you miss one just do next as normal until the course is finished. Tho I never ended up taking my last one 🫣
