That's normal, only would be of concern if you were passing large clots. It will be like a regular period with how it stops.
I had the same at 5 weeks. My bleeding had completely stopped after week 3 then all of a sudden at week 5 I had fresh blood with a clots. When in to check just to be on the safe side and it turned out I had retained placenta. If it don’t feel right get it checked out x
