2 weeks to be walking around shops but I’d say I wasn’t walking normally until 6-8 weeks after

I was walking around Tesco the day I was discharged 😅 everyone is different x
I went down to my local shop on the third day. World's slowest tempo. I've walked a bit every day and it's now been 12 days. I was not very mobile the last few weeks of pregnancy so I've been desperate to get moving and go for proper walks now with breaks. As above, everyone is different xx

Around three weeks after… even then I felt a bit tender after a 30 min walk … secret is to not overdo it xx
I’m on day 5 and did a short walk to the play centre and a couple of laps round with my toddler. I can definitely feel a bit of a tug so really go slow if you can
I am 9 days pp and it is getting much easier to walk around and do stuff. Still not overdoing stuff as the pain is not totally gone x
Within a couple of days for me, had a great recovery 🙌🏼🙌🏼
I walked from the car to the hospital on day 3 for his weigh in and managed fine; I’m itching to have a walk round boots, or Sainsburys, I just need sight of something that isn’t my 4 walls 😂 thanks all! I’ll keep taking it easy and fingers crossed it’s a good road to recovery xx
I went out at 6 days to Tesco as I just needed out the house 😵💫 not going to lie, I literally shuffled round the shop. I had to keep stopping but I managed it. I’d say about day 10 I felt a little better and was going for short walks x
Was about week 2-3 for me when I did my first walk around the block but it was then a rapid improvement from then as by week 5 I was driving
