Baby vomits after vit d3
My baby girl vomits after having Vit d3. I tried different brands and she is the same. I put one tiny drop on the nipple and I ensure she is nursing for 30 seconds after. She is just so sick, I feel like stopping giving it to her. Do you mommies have any advice for me, please?

Take it yourself. If you take 6000 iu daily then it’ll be in your breast milk. I personally take 10000 iu because I am vitamin deficient already.
I also take a multivitamin, and salmon fish oil.
