Breastfeeding twins

Can anyone advise on how to manage cluster feeding when breastfeeding twins? My babies are two weeks old and have been completely out of sync with their feeds today. I am triple feeding at the moment while they get their weight up and normally wake one for a feed when the other feeds to keep them on a similar schedule but today one is cluster feeding and the other is struggling with her latch so by the time I get her successfully latched and fed the other baby is wanting to feed again. Any advice would be welcome!

I did find that my twins had slightly different cluster feedings periods in that first 6 months. So twin B seemed to have her cluster like phase about 3/4 days before twin A. Brital it a way because it meant fussy baby for a whole week rather than a few days. I fed them as tandem as possible in the rqrly days but if one wanted an extra feed then I still fed responsively over keeping to the same schedule. Overnight I had them in a cot together, if one woke I left the other, sidelying fed the awake one and if I fell asleep I was like oh well cool, the when the other woke I put the fed one back in the cot and sidelying fed the next one. Might not work with triple feeding but maybe might help when they're weight is up. I found trying to async up their routines a little sketchy in the first few months, but after the 4 month regression I found it much easier. So don't fret if they're not completely in sync yet, they're so fresh and it evens out later x

Do you have a breastfeeding charity near you? We have one that works with our local hospital that you can call for advice and they visit you at home. Might be worth looking for something like that as they can really help
