TW:story of hope
I just wanted to share my story to give everyone a little bit of hope. I ruptured at 18+4. Was told the worst case scenarios and expected what I believed the inevitable to happen. I scrolled through pages like these daily, reading the success stories dreaming one day I’d be able to share mine and here I am. I must add they believe I am one of the extremely rare cases where the ruptures “reseal” but no one would give me that diagnosis officially. I had my struggles throughout but I made it to 36+4 before my waters fully ruptured. My baby girl entered the world at exactly 37 weeks via emergency c section after failed induction💗💗

Congratulations 💕 You’ve done so well. Must be incredible to have her here safe and well after going through all that. She’s beautiful.
@Shannon it’s hard to say because I never experienced big gushes. I had one episode at 18+4 where it looked like I lost my mucus plug then for weeks after I’d feel ‘damp’ but never really had wet underwear or noticeable leaks. I’d sometimes get a sweaty underwear sensation which could have been small leaks
