Must haves?

Hello, I’m due MCDA twins in March, although will be February at the latest they are here. I’m 19 weeks. I’ve not started buying anything yet but just wondering if anyone can share any tips/must have items? I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed. First pregnancy & not sure what things I need to get 2 of etc! Thank you for your help! xx

I'm also due twins in March but reckon they will be here end of Feb beginning of March and this is my second pregnancy too and have no idea either 🤭 xx

@Zoey congratulations! I hope you’re keeping well! Things like will they sleep together or separately initially are starting to worry me! Do i

Congratulations ladies. I hope the pregnancy has been OK. Must haves I found useful; Twin feeding pillow. Best thing ever especially if the twins have reflux. If you have a pregnancy pillow, don't get rid of it after. Great for when your babies are a little older and you need to prop them up or use it for tummy time. Humidifier to help reduce coughing. I had a bottle prep machine which I didn't really use as it made T2s reflux worst so hot water flasks and cooled boiled water worked fine. I just made sure I had the formula measured out in little pots so save the pain of doing it during the night. I had a steam bottle sterlizer but found the old school method of milton tablets in water better plus I could buy a large container from IKEA to put all the bottles in. I had 2 bouncers, 2 jumparoos, 2 bumbo seats. Definitely not needed ha I would say if you can buy some bits second hand, do it. The babies won't use it for long and alot of them cost a fortune. Vinted and FB market place are great for these.

I thought about a next to me crib but opted for cot beds and had one next to my bed with both babies in it for a few months. Worked fine.

Thanks @Tamika really helpful! And congratulations to both of you too @Lauren and @Nicola 🥰 I already have a next 2 me from my little boy so planned on using that initially for both twins to sleep in together but was going to get another next 2 me for downstairs so thought if sleeping together doesn’t work I’ll already have 2 to hand! Also heard great thinks about the twin pregnancy pillow as @Tamika said! New car for me, sadly as I want all three isofix in the back m and think I’ve settled on the mountain buggy duet just with it being no wider than a single buggy that’s if I can find one on marketplace and a buggy board for my little boy. But I think that’s as far as I’ve got with any kind of thinking! Still haven’t purchased anything!
