Robeez are good for first walkers. They have soft sole or rubber sole. They are on the pricier side in my opinion but there’s a ton of people who seek them on marketplace. I ended up getting knockoffs of Amazon I’ll add a link. My girl has personally done really well with Nikes once she officially was walking and not just taking steps. Pretty fast. You also want to make sure they aren't too stiff and wide enough, with a wide toe box. Babies get are most cartilage and so developing bones until ages like 6-8. So bearfoot is ideal as much as possible. When getting shoes make sure they aren't too stiff. You want to be able to easily bend them into st least a 45 degrees Try See Kai Run. They have a basics line that's even available st Target. They are about $30. It's a good brand for a good price.
