Bleeding and cramping
The past few hours I have had constant intense cramping in my lower stomach and just had quite a bit of blood when going to the toilet I’m 37+ 3 first time pregnant and not sure what to do

Sounds like you could be in labour. Definitely call maternity triage. I’m sure they will want you to come in and be checked! Hope all is ok! X
Go to the hospital.
I bled a lot when I was in labour because my cervix dilated so quickly. Get to triage! X
