I started right at 3 for both my kids and it was amazing! Not only were they old enough to verbally communicate (my son was behind on talking so 3 was perfect) but they could handle the wiping and everything! For my son he was very easy he just went with no accidents! Went straight to underwear only diapers at night. My daughter took about 2 weeks to stop having accidents completely but when she would pee she would barely start to pee I think because her underwear she would feel it and realize uh oh it’s not an absorbent diaper 😂 I also introduce sitting on the toilet very young about 1 years old they can sit for fun whenever they want!

I swear by the 3-day method! It worked for my son so well but he was 29 months. I waited until after I had baby 2 and gave him some time to adjust. I just committed to it 100% and he was potty trained in under 3 days!
