I would go. If that is your water could be dangerous to baby. They broke my water and I still didn't have contractions
I would definitely go in and get checked just in case!
Go in if it’s continuous leaking like it sounds like it is. My doctor said they like to get baby out 24 hours max after your water breaks. But they’ll want to check you and confirm.
Going ended up being needed, my water had partially broke and that’s why I was leaking. Been here 4 hours now they fully broke my water and are inducing me. 👍🏻 This hurts so bad genuinely 🫠
@Aubrey sorry I’m curious but why do you have to get induced? Is baby not wanting to come out?
@Kim You’re perfectly fine, I’m going to take it it’s where my water didn’t fully break to begin with. They said when they was breaking it too the baby had used the bathroom and that’s a sign of the baby stressing along with what was it’s higher heart rate. Once she broke my water though the babies heart rate has gone down to normal and everything’s monitoring normal. They made the decision on their own more than anything to start inducing me but considering my water didn’t fully break I don’t think my contractions was anywhere near strong enough. When they checked how dilated I was about 2 and a half hours ago almost she was saying about 3.8 so not quite there yet but starting.
@Aubrey okay that makes sense, labor is really all so complicated. I hope everything went well!!! ❤️
@Kim Thankfully everything did go well and I’m slowly recovering. Ended up with some stitches but nothing too bad.
I’d still call them because you could be leaking your waters and I’m sure that would need to be looked at. That can happen without going into labour but I’m almost certain it’s an emergency appointment especially if you’re having to wear a diaper x
