Natural or C-Section?: Natural (they said if I was in labor for another half hour they were going to do a c-section)
Induced?: I self induced once I knew it was safe and went to the hospital 10 minutes after I had pumped for 5 minutes as my water had ruptured.
Time Labor Started: 5:32am I was completely dilated
Time Of Actual Delivery: 12:07 pm

I pumped to try it on the 20th. I drank pineapple juice on the 21st and then pumped again on the 21st for 5 minutes. My water ruptured about 10 minutes after I finished pumping.
It’s not 100% proven that it works, but it worked for me. Just make sure to always talk to your doctor first before self-inducing.
