Sounds a little like stress incontinence which is triggered by the change in hormones? Best to see a GP and ask them to refer you to Pelvic Floor Physio as you’ve just had a baby. They can check for prolapse etc! Don’t be scared😊 Everything will be very lax and weak after pregnancy, with some exercises I bet it’ll get better within the year 😊
You probably need to be working on your pelvic floor, but I would ask the doctor just in case
