Soreen snack bars Mini cheddars Nature valley protein nut bars Nuts Fun size chocolate bars Flapjacks I can't remember what else as it's in the car but I have probably gone overboard. I'll keep stocked up on fruit and shove some in last minute. Last time I made and froze a sandwich because I'd read to do that online but I wouldn't recommend as it was awful and soggy! I've also got a big bottle of flavoured water in there

I'm packing: Refuel granola portions Bottle of semi skimmed milk for granola Cream crackers and peanut butter Popchips and ready salted crisps Cashew nuts Digestives Some sweets Get more vits flavoured water Probably some Skyr or protein yoghurt Maybe I'll make a sandwich on the day 😊

Bring lucozade sport to give you some energy x

Everyone’s snacks are quite healthy last two times mines been crisps, sweets and chocolate 😂 anything to give me sugar! Half the time partner ate them and was told I couldn’t eat x

Lucozade sport, mini cheddars, belvita bars, percy pigs, colin caterpillars, chocolate buttons and some cocopops cereal bars😂🐷 nothing healthy but I didn’t eat during labour last time so the snacks kept me going with the cluster feeding during the night as I was starving until I could get some breakfast. But it was covid times so nothing was open to get anything x

Lucozade sport, ready salted hula hoops and Haribo tangfastics! I’m not imagining eating loads so going for salty, sugary hits. I’ve heard oats help with lactation so chucked in some belvita bars. Oh and I’ve put some Capri suns in the freezer to have chilled drinks handy considering how hot it is in hospital 😂

I packed snacks last time and didn’t eat them during labour. Now when I read about eating snacks during labour I laugh because there is no way I’m eating during labour. Agree with one other post, if you birth at night, the snacks were handy to get me through post labour until breakfast.

Lucozade sport and dried mango and pineapple

@Nikki thanks for the suggestions! Looool at the soggy sandwich, Yh that doesn’t sound appealing at all

@Adele same! The thought of food during labour was nauseating the first time but was necessary because my energy was loooooow.

I've got crisps, raisins, protein bars. Things I know I can have without them impacting my blood sugar. I'm having a planned induction so I might also cut up some carrot sticks to take in with me.

Defo good for post Labour too!

I remember that I packed too many snacks but then I didn’t want to touch food for all labour since I broke the waters! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I was mainly on ice water and fruit ice lollies for 16h. Definitely the snacks were sooo good post labour and c section.
