Same as @Kassia almost walking now but nowhere near as talking as much as your LO! Goes to show all babies develop differently in their own time 🫶
My baby is close to walking but not saying words like your baby, he’ll only say dada! Like others have said, all babies have different strengths xx
Baby extremely close to walking but still only babbles (and screeches and shouts 😂). He's 11 months next week so it's true that they all do things in their own time x
Loool no talking no walking we’ve just mastered crawling .
We’ve only just been able to get into and out of sitting position. Same as crawling she just one day decided to do it like a professional. I wouldn’t worry they’re so random with these things
My baby hasn’t rolled around yet, but she can pull herself up to stand and if she’s laying down then she can pull herself up. She can crawl too but in the crab style🤣 not the typical style of crawling yet. She says her nickname not her actual name, she turns around to look if we call out her name, she doesn’t look around to anyone else’s name other than mumma and dada. If you’re concerned then deffo speak to your health visitor, have you had your 9-12 month review ? Lastly pls don’t worry !! Every baby is so incredibly different!!! X
My little boy is definitely focusing on walking right now, he is cruising around lots and using his walker. He only babbles mama, dada, gaga occasionally, no words yet. Just shows how different they are ☺️
Could have written this myself my baby can say several words such as mum dad cat yes no etc but can’t move at all ! Rolled For the first time yesterday and can sit up but can’t get herself into sitting or move x
@Queen no we haven't had our review yet. I'm not overly concerned as I do think she has probably focused on the talking rather than the moving.
@Alice it's so funny isnt it. My first born was the complete opposite. He said no words but was pulling up to stand, crawling and sitting on his own at 7 months old. I am sure they will get there. 😀
Mine does a lot of moving, but only says “mama”, “dada/daddy”, and “hi”. Maybe your baby is just focusing on different kinds of development? Saying that much so soon is so good!
