Clocks going back has ruined sleep 😭

Has the clocks going back ruined sleep for anyone else? My two have been up at 4am the last two days. Any ideas on how to make sure this doesn’t keep happening?

Stagger the change. So a few days before start pushing wake, naps and bedtime 15 minutes each day so by Saturday the schedule is an hour later. Then clocks go back and they are back on schedule. My lo is at nursery all week so instead we just put her to bed 30 minutes later on Saturday to do a quicker version of this. Even though clocks have already changed you could do the same sorta thing now, push schedules until they get to the right time in a few days.

Thanks @Tanya. We really struggle by the time it gets to bedtime because they’re exhausted by 7pm, then we risk over tiredness. I’ll try and see how we go though.

My two used to be bed by 8/8:30 the last 3 nights even if they are tired just play up and end up going sleep gone 10:30🙃

I put my LG to bed later on Saturday Eve and she still woke an hour earlier yesterday so that didn't work 🤣🙈. Going to keep trying for few days
