Ectopic symptoms?

Hi everyone, had an ectopic pregnancy a few years ago and didn’t need surgery, used methotraxate. Had a healthy pregnancy and gave birth to my son last year. Now I am pregnant again and noticing a mild localized ache to one side, the side I had the ectopic on. But no bleeding. Does this sound like it could be an ectopic again? I am 6 weeks at the moment for context
