Sore finger
My little girl has a sore red finger I’ve touched it and she doesn’t seem bothered. I think she may have started teething as she is constantly chewing them

@Molly yeah my girl isn’t bothered by me touching it . She’s constantly chewing her fingers she’s on just turning 4 months on Saturday but I think teeth are definitely coming xx
Hello! So we had this but on his big toes. Keep an eye because ours started off just looking a little sore and then within 3 days it was a full on infection and he has antibiotics for a week 😵💫 apparently very common for the skin at the edge of the nails to get sore and infected the doctor said. So just keep an eye xx

My little boy is the same. He’s done it on a few fingers. Doesn’t seem to bother him when I touch it. On one there was some skin hanging off which I clipped off as I thought that was safer then him pulling it off and hurting
