C-section gas tips

Hi mamas! I had my baby over a month ago via c section & dealt with horribleeee gas pains after surgery. I finally figured out what helped and wanted to share here in case it may help someone. All the resources I found online are pretty vague and when you’re in crazy pain like I was, you need more. - Stop drinking out of straws/water bottles with straws (creates air bubbles) - Very gentle cat cow pose (this was a game changer) - Propping feet up slightly when on toilet (I used yoga blocks) - Warm prune juice - Lots of movement no matter how small - Peppermint tea (not too much though bc it can reduce milk supply) - Hot water with lemon and ginger - Avoiding dairy and refined carbs as much as possible Hope it helps!!!
