Morning routine with 2 children.

So my husband goes back to work next week and I'll have to take my 3 year old to nursery by 9am (ideally) while managing my 3 week old. How do you do it? Any tips? With my first I didn't have to get anywhere and could just go with the newborn flow but I can't this time. I was thinking I get up early and get ready, then wake newborn and feed him by 7:30am, put him in the carrier then get toddler ready and take her to nursery.

Following because this will be me in a matter of weeks🙈

I had two to get to school and a newborn, I taught my children how to put clothing on from 2, so id get up earlier prep breakfast, brush my teeth comb my hair throw on clean clothes, shower the kids, feed them breakfast and then they dressed themselves. Which freed me up to wake the little one and do a nappy change. Organising clothes the night before, easy clothes that your child can pull on/over Making breakfast simple....in my case cereal and a boiled egg Being okay leaving the mess for when I returned. Newborns can be unpredictable some mornings he'd be in my arms continuously and I did at moments have to put a crying baby down to tend to the other two. Setting alarms on my phone helped keep me on track too letting me know it was 30minutes until we were due to leave.

Husband returning to work next week also. Thinking will have to wake baby up earlier for a feed to let her settle and then get the 3yr old ready. I’ve trialled and had to wear baby in a sling
