I started adding a bit of slow jogging to my walks from about 10ish weeks. Then built up the amount of running during the walks bit by bit until I was mainly running an not walking. I am still building up to my running speed pre-pregnancy (8 months pp). I also strength train and that’s also helped with building back with running. Hope that helps xx
Start with gentle full body strength and conditioning workouts and pelvic floor strengthening 3 times a week for a few weeks before you try to run again I had a natural birth and it took me 6 months to feel comfortable and confident while training now focus on eating healthy drinking water and take the baby out twice a day for a long walk that will strengthen your leg muscles xx
