Baby still high up

I’m 37 weeks and the baby is still so high up. Is there anything you all have been doing to help the baby “drop”? I really don’t want to be induced. This is my first. Also, congrats to all the mamas who have had their babies! You are all superhero’s!

Try doing the Miles Circuit for a total of 90 mins and also using exercise ball and deep squats.

Same here! I’m 36 weeks and 2 days but my baby is high up as well. I do not know your situation but every doctor and OB I’ve seen has said that sex really helps. Sperm really helps kickstart things. I personally don’t have sex frequently because I’m not usually in the mood and I’m uncomfortable when doing so. But I do use the yoga ball and deep squats. This is my first baby as well. I hope this helps.

38 wks and 5 days 🙋‍♀️ I’ve started basically living on my exercise ball 😂 Wherever you are just bounce on the ball or use it as a chair when you’re relaxing. The more time you spend on it instead of a regular chair or couch the better.

My baby dropped last week after I walked a lot of took a long bath. Prenatal yoga can help as well! Good luck Mama!

Same here! 37 today and just got checked and he’s still high up and not engaged at all 😭

My first "dropped" at 36ish weeks but I had her 40+1. My second didn't "drop" until I was in active labor at 39 weeks. Every one is different and it'll happen when it happens ❤️
