I’d go. Idk if you’re a FTM but once upon a time you were & you had to figure it out for the first time. I’m sure he’ll be okay for a few days & if anything he will appreciate you so much more when you return 🫶🏽
My baby is that same age (first time mom here). I totally would feel the exact same trepidation, but I think I would do it. I think it would feel so good to reconnect with yourself, and maybe get some perspective on how you’re really feeling in the midst of constant baby. And like Joanna said, it’ll be good for your husband to have a better perspective on what constant baby really feels like.
It's totally up to you and depends on your condition and if you think your husband supports you enough to know the baby. I left for 2 nights for a concert and they did great! If your husband is involved, they will figure out but I arranged my mom and another person to help out while I was gone bc It is hard to be all alone with a baby. You will not regret staying if you decide it's best but follow your intuition. Remember leaving the first time it's always scary but others will have to find a way too. If it was me I would 1. Find some help for him, 2. Make sure you let him do things (everything possible) while together and leave every detail written down, 3. Teach him your babies cues
It’s free. Don’t get offers like that often. As long as you feel he’s safe with the baby, I’d say go. Have your mom or his mom be available for calls if needed. My sons father couldn’t get my 6m old son to stop crying sometimes when I was in the hospital for 10 days. But I had my sister in law there to help. It’ll be good for both of you. He gets more bonding time and you get to relax. Don’t feel guilty. Being a mom is tough, taking small breaks can be so restorative and refreshing.
Pleaseeee DO IT!!!! By that time, you’ll regret it if you don’t. Trust me!
Go! Do it ! It’s 2 days you deserve it!! it’ll be the perfect time for him to see how it is for you and get closer to the baby. Also do it for all of us who can’t lmao
