Try to drop one feed at a time. Gradual is better for you (and probably for your baby/toddler too). You’ll be engorged when you miss the feed but it will be a relief when you do the next feed. The next day, you won’t be as full, and so on.
I second stopping more gradually. It’ll lessen the chance of developing mastitis and clogged ducts. Also by abruptly weaning, you’ll have a drop in your hormone levels, which can affect your mood.
Oh I had no idea it could effect my mood I’m wanting to stop to try help it as my mood is so low at the moment and the constant feeding has a lot todo with it
I would stop gradually to avoid getting mastitis and being in pain.
