Chemical pregnancy/early miscarriage

Looking for advice following an early miscarriage. I had faint positives from the 25/10 but started heavily bleeding and awful cramps, yesterday the 30th. My test yesterday was pretty much negative. I've told my husband tonight and he's been great. Ttc first time round I kept it to myself unless he saw the blood/clots... *sorry tmi* my MH plummeted and never managed to enjoy my pregnancy last time I'm glad I've told him sooner this time, but looking for advice going forward? In general I'm OK just numb have alot of other health issues going on the now which is somewhat distracting me. I contacted my GP and they're useless just said contact EPAU... I've lost a baby don't need early pregnancy unit. Was just after some advice/support and to be documented
